During registration and use of the platform, we collect data such as: name and surname, email address, company name, billing data, and activity logs in the application.

We use the collected data solely to enable you to create, schedule, and manage posts on your business locations as requested through our interface.
Data is processed based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligations), and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest of the Controller – ensuring service security and own marketing). In case of marketing communication, the basis is user consent.
Data is stored for the period of using the platform and for the time required by law (e.g., accounting). After termination of cooperation, data may be archived for a maximum of 36 months for defense against claims.
Data may be transferred to entities supporting the Operator in providing services, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, payment systems, mailing platforms, and marketing integrations. Transfer takes place solely on the basis of data processing agreements and to the extent necessary for service delivery.
Each user has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and object to data processing. In case of marketing consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Complaints can be filed with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
The service uses cookies for statistical purposes, session maintenance, and personalization of experience. Users can manage cookies through browser settings. Restrictions may affect some platform features.
The Operator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring data protection, including connection encryption (HTTPS), access control, monitoring of administrative activities, and regular backups.
The privacy policy may be updated. We will inform users about significant changes via email or in-app notification. The latest version of the document is always available at this URL.
Aiconi's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
